The Somali Ministry of Defense is in-charge of Military Affairs, Planning Policy for Re-intergration, Rehabilitation,  Equipment and Military Developmentt in the Republic of Somalia. The Government of the Democratic Republic of Somalia is commited to re-organiize former and new military recruits.
